“BEERCATION” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of user’s personal information in connection with the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).

1.Personal Information

“Personal information” refers to information about a living individual as defined by the Personal Information Protection Act. This includes information that can identify a specific individual based on their name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions, as well as data related to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual on its own, such as the insurer number on a health insurance card (personal identification information).

2.Collecting Personal Information

The Company may request personal information from users, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, driver’s license number, and other information, when users register for the Service. 2. When personal information is provided due to the succession of business as a result of a merger or other reasons.
3. When personal information is jointly used with specific individuals, and the purpose of joint use, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the range of joint users, the purposes of joint users, and the name or designation of the person responsible for managing the personal information are notified to the individual in advance or placed in a condition where the individual can easily know them.

6. Disclosing Personal Information

7. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

Users have the right to request the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) of their personal information held by the Company if it is found to be incorrect. Users can make such requests through the procedures established by the Company.
The Company will promptly make the requested correction, etc. if it determines that there is a need to respond to the user’s request under the preceding paragraph.
The Company will notify the user promptly when it has made corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or when it has decided not to make corrections, etc.

8. Suspension of Personal Information

The Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation if an individual requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “suspension, etc.”) of the use of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use or that it was acquired by fraudulent means.
Based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, the Company will promptly suspend, etc. the use of the personal information if it determines that there is a need to respond to the user’s request.
The Company will notify the user promptly when it has suspended, etc. the use of personal information based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or when it has made a decision not to suspend, etc. the use.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension, etc. would incur substantial costs or if it is otherwise difficult to suspend, etc. the use, but alternative measures that are necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests can be taken, the Company will take such alternative measures.

9. Change of Privacy Policy

The contents of this Policy, except for matters stipulated separately in this Policy or required by laws and regulations, may be changed by the Company without notifying the user.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
