Minakami Town in Gunma Prefecture is located upstream of the Tone River system, which is also the water source of Tokyo. OCTONE BREWING brews craft beer that sticks to the delicious water of this land as well as home-grown hops and yuzu grown at the foot of Mt. Akagi, located in the center of Gunma prefecture.
